This class combines the cardio of aerobic dance, the toning/balance/control of yoga, and rounds your work out with the concentration/strength of your core, Pilates style.
Requirements: tennis shoes, movable clothing.
To Bring: (optional) Towel, water bottle, yoga Mat, thera Band(s), 1-5lbs weights
Time/Days: 8:00-9:00am Saturdays
