OZAUKEE ELITE, coach by Kathleen Fictum, is a year-round, competitive dance organization serving     Ozaukee County and surrounding areas in Wisconsin.  Our All-Star Dance Program is competitive, competing in many dance competitions throughout the year.  Including, but not limited to Summerfest, Nationals at Navy Pier in Chicago, Six Flags Great America, and many more!  We also offer non-competitive dance classes within our Dance Department at North Shore Academy of the Arts (NSAA).

Our Staff is exceptionally experienced and highly qualified! At NSAA, we don’t just train our athletes to be strong dancers, we encourage them to be strong leaders for their communities, friends, and families!

Our mission is to create a structured environment where dedication, motivation, determination, and PASSION are embodied in the spirit of a winning team. We pride ourselves on setting high standards for our athletes, coaches, and parents. We stress the importance of utilizing talent to the fullest potential so that every athlete has the opportunity to find a home in our family! As coaches and role-models we will set high expectations for our students to compete with persistence, pride, and passion! Ultimately we strive to  motivate our dancers to set the highest personal and team goals, knowing that all dreams come true when we  work together!    WHERE PASSION & TECHNIQUE CANNOT BE BEAT!!!!
