Come join the fitness party!  Zumba is the latin inspired fitness phenomenon!  Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves into a dynamic workout.  Zumba is a total body workout with toning exercises and fat-burning dance moves for a workout that’s more fun than it is work.   Zumba is a spicy, upbeat mixture of Salsa, Merengue, Samba and many other beats.   Merlynn Kimmel , the instructor, has had experience teaching many dance styles, including ballroom to ballet to jazz,  but Zumba is her favorite to teach because everybody can join in and every  class feels like a party!
